Se depende en la situacion...
Palabras como "aishiteru yo" son muy seriosas en japones. Usted no debe decir "aishiteru yo" si usted esta marido o enamorado.
Pero, puede decir "boku wa anata ga daisuki" [Me gusta mucho tu.]

"aishiteru" is the safest.. sometimes "aishite imasu..."
