What the image of 'buzzy people' ? If you hear 'buzzy people' without any context, what kind of people do you think they are?

in North America, "Buzz" refers to interesting facts / interesting current events. So Buzzy can theoretically mean a person is full of these interesting facts or they are the cause of these events
