Kindly explain the difference & usage of the below sentences
"The price is still not updated" & "The price has still not been updated"

There is really no difference in the 2 sentences. And for the usage...it is really the speakers choice on which sentence they use. They have the same meaning. Different parts of the country speak using different words. I hope this has helped you.
