The suffix " -tan "
What does the suffix " -tan " after a person's name mean?

It means the same as "-chan" and "-san" however we don't use it in general when we call someone's name. "-tan" is used like a kind of "nickname" or used by small chirdren who can't pronounce "-san" or "-chan" correctly.
