How would you express them "about broken phone" more naturally?
These following sentences grammatically make sense? Or How would you say If you were me in this situation?
Here is my attempt
-My cell phone is broken. Sadly, all my contacts were on it. According to the store clerk, I cannot download my contacts directly into my next purchase phone even if I got my phone fully repaired.
- I would appreciate it if you could send your phone number and email address to my computer email address.
Are these sentences strange? Your help will be very much appreciated.Thank you.❤

What you put is definitely understandable. However, you asked for ways to make it sound more natural:
- I can't download (or 'copy') my contacts directly onto my new phone even if I got my old phone fully repaired.
- I would appreciate it if you could email me (with) your phone number and email address.
