I want to know which one is right and how can I use this in sentence.Can you make some sentences with this word so,it will be easy for me to use it..

All of these are correct:
Can you do me a favor?
Could you do me a favor?
May I ask you for a favor?
I need a favor.

- Can you do me a favor? or Can I ask you a favor?
- You'll do me a great favor, if you agree
