What does it mean than they put an "-ish" to a number that represents time? Where've you been around 10-ish? Let's meet at 7-ish.

7ish. Not exactly at 7. Maybe 6:50 maybe 7:10 It just means close to 7.

It means "around that time". 7-ish just means show up around 7.
