I agree with Kida, " Jisho.org " is a suuuper awesome website! It even shows eeevery single Kanji with their strokes and all the possible meanings! I would also recommend the Google Chrome extension 'Rikai Kun' and the Mozilla Firefox extension 'Rikai Chan' which comes in more handy when you are looking for the meaning of a single word or phrase as quickly as possible!
[Download] Rikai Kun: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rikaikun/jipdnfibhldikgcjhfnomkfpcebammhp?hl=en
[Download] Rikai Chan:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/rikaichan/
Hope my answer was helpful too! (^_^)/
