'Do you missed me?' is incorrect.
'Did you miss me?' if you refer to the past. (¿me extrañaste? ¿me echaste de menos?)
'Do you miss me?' if you are asking about the present. (¿me extrañas? ¿me echas de menos?)

Depends on the tense or time:
"Did you miss me?" (Past)
"Do you miss me?" (Present)
