Come si dice in italiano : pumps ( a kind of high heels,but i wanna know the exact translation )?

I think we don't have a precise translation, we usually refer to them with the French term "décolleté", even if they are much more like plateau high heels! In Italian websites you can also find the original word pumps with a short explanation! I would say "décolleté alte col plateau"! :)

Credo si chiamino semplicemente "Tacchi alti". Oppure "Tacco (+ n°cm)". Per sicurezza aspetta il parere femminile : ).
