What does 只要 mean here?
下星期Jim 不上班, 我们只要三个人上班 What does 只要 mean here? "Only have" fits perfectly for english but the words are only - want and my dictionary says together they mean "if only" or "as long as",

it's not "只要" here, it's "只" = only and "要" = needed
we only needed 3 people to work
