It is pronounced as: 'sk-ull-eh' . I know it can be confusing because in the case of the word skillnad is pronounced as 'sh-ill-nad' You should start from knowing the soft vowels, which are: i, y, ä, ö, e and the hard vowels, which are. a, o, u, å.
