Who is the best writer of your country ?
According to you, who is the best writer that represents your culture, your country... ?
(For example, I could say Victor Hugo for France, even if I'm not sure of my choice. He's an emblematic author but may be not THE one...)

I don't know much about my country :D
but about French writers, I like Antoine De Saint-Exupéry. I'd heard a lots about Victor Hugo, even we had a lesson about him in high school, but I've never had a change to read his novels. I'd watched a film base on his most famous novel called Les Misérables, and well, not very liked it :D
