What does "espera" mean here?
I saw this movie title "Noches de espera". What does "espera" mean in this case? Waiting? Hoping? How do I translate the phrase? Nights of waiting? Nights of hope/hoping?

espera = waiting, would be the most appropriate translation. In this case the word "espera" refer to waiting from a period of time.

Hi Robbie, In the majority of films the original title is modified conform the country, in this case the original name of this film is "Longing Nights" what translates a spanish how "Noches de anhelo" or in this case is acceptable "Noches de espera"
