发箍:大半圆形状的圈,两边卡在耳朵后面,有布料或者塑料等材质,也称头环,发卡。

I would say "hairband" or "hair tie". A headband is generally something you wear for sport or exercise, to keep sweat out of your eyes. A hairband is more decorative, and holds your hair in place, as in a ponytail.
