Well, it's not difficult! The thing is that foreigners who learn spanish pronounce the "J" like in english, for example: jar. Now, it's important to understand that this letter in spanish has a particular sound more related to "H" in english like: harmful.
So, we pronounce it: traHineras, with aspiration. The rest of the word is much easier. Remember always to pronounce th spanish J as the english H. I hope it is useful. :)
