I love my country .
-me encanta mi país.

Well! The right way to say this sentence is: Yo amo a mi país. But remember that: 1) We use to take off the personal pronoun (yo) in spanish, so, we also say: (Yo) amo a mi país and 2) Most of the speakers of spanish take of the preposition a in this sentence, so, we better say: Amo mi país.
