What does "I. C. Wiener" mean? How do you pronounce it? I recently saw it on the first episode of Futuram. I don't know if it's "I see" or "Icy"

I would pronounce it like "I see" The joke is that when you say it, it sounds either like "Icy wiener" or "I see wiener." And just in case you don't know this, "wiener" is a slang term for... errr... the man parts. :D
