Besides the difference that Megan pointed out, where one is more formal than the other, 내(제) 이름은 dejanae입니다 translates to "My name is DeJanae," whereas 저는 Dejanae에요 means "I am DeJanae." Also, i think your name written in 한글 would be 데자내, but I'm not 100% sure :p I hope that helps n____n

The meaning is same in the end *My name is dejanae.* you can say with anything. My name is dejane means 내 이름은 dejanae입니다 I am Dejane is 저는Dejanae에요 But if you meet a person in first time you had better to say 제 이름은 dejanae 입니다 more than to say 내 이름은 dejanae.

The big difference between the 2 is the formality of them. 네 이름인 ....입니다 is the more formal. You would use this form with people you have never met, are older than you, or have a higher position in a company than you. 저는....에요 is the casual formal form. You use this with friends or acquaintances. People who are of similar age to you and similar position in the company.
