Could you tell me how to say these things in Japanese (please write in hiragana or romaji)?
1) Is that food spicy?
2) I dislike spicy food.
3) Could I have that without pepper?
4) Could I have that without the sauce?
5) Could I have that without carrots, onions, and bean sprouts, and with extra chicken?
I'd also like suggestions on what NOT to order (considering I hate all spicy food, even mildly spicy things). So far, I know I like chicken teriyaki and chicken fried rice, but that's all the Japanese food I've tried =).

Japanese food is generally not spicy. Avoid wasabi, mentaiko, and anything that says "piri piri" or "piri kara".
