que + une = qu'une? Could you pls tell me how to read it? Merci!

This is a really good tip I once learnt about how to make a perfect French 'u' sound:
1. Put your lips together as if you were about to kiss someone.
2. Keeping your lips in that position, say the English word 'keen'.
Voilà! C'est parfait!

It's pronounced k'une. qu = K
So kune; with a french U like ü
