إذا أمكن لشيء أن يكون فسوف يكون All of them right but the first one is more natural Note: It's suck as auxiliary verbs in English so try to not use it as a main verb in sentence إذا أمكن لشيء أن يحدث فسوف يحدث يحدث here in meaning of happen
