Difference between "to stare" and "to look" ?
"staring at someone" and "looking at someone" ? When should I use "to stare" and when should I use "to look" ?

'Look at someone' c'est regarder quelqu'un : tout simplement.
'Stare at someone' veut dire regarder fixement ou dévisager quelqu'un.
