What is the meaning of this sentence, "The higher the pressure, the more tightly the disc fits into the seat."?
Does it mean something like; whatever more pressure, the disc fits into the seat more tightly?
Could you please explain this sentence structure?

Yes, you got it! So - when the pressure is high then the disc fits better (or more tightly) into the seat :)
