How I write "DIWASH" in Russian Alphabet?
I want to know how to write "W" alphabet in russian

It depends on context and sound (I think, you pronounce "w" in "grow" a bit not as "w" in "west", for example).
Watson (who's doctor and friend of Sh. Holmes) could be written in Russian either as "Уотсон" or as "Ватсон".

There is no "W" letter or sound in russian. The sound like russian "у"
