Hi Lera,
It should read:
'Hold/hang on' I've got a better idea. Let's go to the cinema, then out to dinner.
'Hold on and hang on' basically just mean 'wait a minute'.

Hold On!
"Let's go for a picnic next week."
"Yep, great idea. I really want to go for a picnic.!"
"Well, hold on, I've got an even better idea. Let's go for a picnic today!!!"
"Fantastic! Let's go!"
"Oh, hold on, the weather forecast is for rain later."
"Oh dear. Rain? We hadn't better go. Wait! Hold on! We can take an umbrella!"
"Brilliant. Let's go!"

Hang on! It could be 'hang on' as well as 'hold on' ! Vivienne's right.
