Mike is right. It is not practical to ask about speaking in accents.
(1) First, specific accents are not necessary for communication.
(2) Second, the vocabulary is the same regardless of the accent.
(3) Third, accents are not identifiable as anything more than a slight variance in pronunciation.
(4) Fourth, both English and American accents employ the same vocabulary.
(5) Any person, regardless of any accent, can pronounce any word just about any way that they choose.
