The question is
"Would be there any chance you e-mail me if there were any tickets available soon?"

Jorge, your second and third words are in the wrong order. It should be " Would there be any..."
Also, your use of "were" is past tense, and your sentence is asking something for the future. So, that part should be, "If any tickets become available."
However to shorten it and sound more fluent, it would be appropriate to say, "Would you please email me if any tickets become available?"
