How do I translate "else"? And is the rest of this sentence correct?
"Ginger Cat, please do not sleep under my wheelbarrow, else I might accidentally run you over."
"Gato Pelirojo, por favor, no duermes debajo mi carretilla, [else] voy a accidentalmente atropellarte."

As you can see on this link ·"else" has many possible translations in Spanish. the most appropriate one in your sentence would be If not= si no.

A possible translation to your sentence:
Gato Palirrojo, por favor, no duermas debajo de la carretilla, que si no en un descuido puedo atropellarte.
Or a more free version:
Gato Palirrojo, haz el favor de no dormir debajo de la carretilla, no vaya en un descuido a atropellarte.
