How do I express the phrase "Please speak more loudly." in Chinese? It could also be phrased as "Please speak in a louder voice." or "Raise your voice, please.", depending on whatever is the most natural expression.

In that case, I will say: 麻烦大声点
我习惯口语用“麻烦”,而书面语用“请”或“麻烦”来表达please.
