Do you mean 'happy birthday to you'?
생일 축하합니다.
sang-il-chooka-hamnida.
happy birthday = 즐거운 생일 'jeul-geo-woon-sang-il
but we rarely say that word. Instead, 생일 잘 보냈어요? Did you have a good time on your birthday?
