Ci sono la stessa?[update] I asked because I said to an italian speaker: "nel mio tempo" and he replied "Si domani a mezzogiorno nel mio orario va bene, ok"

Do you mean 'orario'?
"orario" means "timetable" as a noun, "hourly" as a adjective:
- "Non ricordo a che ora parta il treno, devo controllare nell'orario."
- "Qui l'autobus non passa mai in orario." ("in orario" = "according to timetable" -> "in time")
- "Il campanile batte le ore con una cadenza bioraria." (twice in a hour).
"ora" means "hour":
- "Arriverò tra un ora"
- "Che ora è" / "Che ore sono?" (literally "what hour is it?" / "what hours are they?") "what time is it?"
"tempo" means "time", "tense" (for verbs) but, pay attention, it also mean "weather"
- "Siamo arrivati appena in tempo."
- ""Settembre, andiamo. È tempo di migrare... (from "I pastori" by Gabriele D'Annunzio."
- "Che tempo fa?" "What's the weather like?"
As you can see, all of them can have slightly different meanings depending on contest.

/oraio/ non esiste, esiste /orario/.
ora:
1) now
2) hour
The context should lead to the correct choice.
Orario: timetable
tempo:
1) time
2) abbreviation of /tempo atmosferico/, meaning: weather (NOT climate)

Dipende... se intendi usarli per chiedere che ore sono il significato è lo stesso

Grazie. I meant to say "Sono le stesse" i guess.
