Can anybody tell me what "哈哈小样不错啊" means? One of my chinese penpals said this to me, but she won't tell me what it means. I really hate when people do that.

that's a naughty way to say you did a good job. ~ often used between friends and the people around your age. got it?

I like this answer~~~~ hey,Maybe the word 小样儿 sounds impolite,but when it is used between friends, it is kindly and friendly.
