How you say/write time passed or elapsed in Chinese.
Example: "2 hours 5 minutes elapsed" or "1 hour passed" or "1 minute passed"To give you more details my question:
I want to say that from some moment in past elapsed x hours y minutes to now.
So for example "5 minutes elapsed until now from the moment I've started to eat".

You can use the sentence pattern "过了+time duration". For example, five minutes past: 过了五分钟。

1 hour passed一个小时过去了
1 minute passed一分钟过去了
