"J'ai hâte de te rencontrer "
"Je me réjouis de te rencontrer"
"Dans l'attente de vous rencontrer" ; only for formal writing.
"J'attends avec impatience de te rencontrer"
in cas you know him/her use verb "voir" instead of "rencontrer"

I'm not too advanced on French myself, but I think you can say:
- Je me réjouis de faire votre connaissance...
I'm not sure whether it's the most appropriate phrase, but I think it works xD
