First, meaning of そして is "and". For example,
彼女はりんごを食べ、そして眠りについた。
And meaning of そこで is "and with that". For example,
私はねずみを捕まえられない。そこで君の出番だ。
Finally, meaning of それから is "and then". For example,
私は洗濯をして、それから夕食を食べた。
