what's the meaning of "hear you me" ?
i've heard a song named "hear you me" years ago...it's by Jimmy eat world
but i never really got what the title mean. why there's a "me" after "you"?

It's a poetic phrasing, and it has this feeling of giving a powerful speech to a large crowd.
"Hear you..." is a command to the crowd. "Me" is what the crowd should pay attention to.
Basically, it means "listen to me" in modern English. An old phrase with the same meaning is "hearken ye".
