I am assuming your question is asking about how to "recall" English words more easily. If that is the case, spaced repetition is key. So you want to see the words several times to push it in to your long term memory. It is best to do this in smaller sessions over several days or weeks rather than try to cram in one long session. Some people use flashcards like anki or memrise, but I prefer duolingo where the vocabulary can be seen in context.

I find writing new words very important. When I was still learning English, after each lesson, I used to write 3-4 lines per word, even words I'd already known (I just thought of it as homework~). Writing things down always helps XD

1. Do you understand what "recite" means? As a.good learning exercise, I suggest that you look it up in a good dictionary and post the definition here. 2. Why do you want to recite English words?
