Is the expression of the following simple sentence nice, and how to improve? Too many preposition? The springback amount of H-bending is too small to measure, so it is not used to verify the reliability of the H-bending FE model.

I'm not a chemist, but I wonder if you mean "H-bonding," not "H-bending." Bonds are links that tie one atom to another, and hydrogen bonds are an important kind of bonding. I wonder whether "FE" should be "Fe", the abbreviation for the iron atom.

There is nothing really wrong with the sentence you give and there is nothing wrong with your use of prepositions. However, I expect an expert in H-bending would use another phrase than "springback amount of H-bending" --- it just sounds too long a phrase. It is simpler to say "to verify the H-bending FE model." than "to verify the reliability of the .... ".
