Anything just means whatever you want. You can eat anything you want. You can write anything you want. Anything could mean 1 thing or many things, but everything means every single thing.

According to my understanding, anything is everything. so the sentence is incorrect logically.
But it can be acceptable when anything is what You would like while everything is defined by Others.
