What is the diference between "I don't have..." and "I haven't..."

Usas don't have para negar "tener" en tiempo presente
I don't have money > No tengo dinero
You don't have a dog > No tienes un perro
Usas haven't seguido de un pasado participio para negar un perfecto:
I haven't had lunch > No he almorzado
You haven't told me anything > No me has dicho nada
