Please tell me if “ My English is poor " OK to say one's English level is limited? This sentence is quite prevalent among Chinese English learners. Thank you!

Yes, you can also say "My English is limited".

It's correct, but I don't like hearing learners apologise about their language skills. It's probably just me, but I think it's a very boring thing to say. I'm sure there are plenty of other things to talk about! :)
