Hello everybody, I need help in this 4 sentence, I don't know how to make this sentence in japanese, I think it is for example I received a call from carlos, 私はサントスさんに電話をもらいました, but I think it is not correct.

It's correct. (Calros = カルロス) However, we have several ways of saying it. Here are what we say in everyday conversation:
カルロスさんから電話をもらいました。
カルロスさんから電話がありました。
カルロスさんから電話がかかってきました。
I wouldn't say わたしは when we already know whom we talk about, especially, the second and third one don't sound goodl with わたしは.
