Ты можешь купить мне... - can you buy... for me I lile to buy a new clothes... - мне нравится покупать новую одежду. When the process of buying is important, you use покупать. Doesn't matter which fence you use-future, present or past

verbs are the same , but купить - is perfect aspect of verb Купил хлеб? have you bought bread? В следующем месеце мы покупаем машину. next month we buy a car.
