res o vaca o ternera Which of the 3 words should I use if I meant to say the "beef" part in beef burrito? Thanks!

If you refer to the meat, we say "ternera" for the animal (cow) we use the three ones

I think it depends on the country: In Spain, "ternera", in Argentna "vaca", "res" in Mexico.
