You could say: " Estoy hecho polvo, me voy a la cama"

estoy reventado, me voy a la piltra/cama.
Estoy hecho trizas, me voy a dormir.
Estoy que me caigo del sueño, me voy a sobarla.
Estoy agotadisimo, me voy a echar un rato.
