In Spain we don't distinguish between blueberry and cranberry in the same way you do.In castilian both berries are called "arándano" and we differ them by its color.
The red one (Cranberry) it's "arándano rojo" because it's red and the blue one (blueberry) it's called "arándano azul" or just "arándano".
In Latin America is so hard to find an universal word for blueberry, each country has its own words but if you say "arándano azul o arándano rojo" everybody will understand you.

El arándano, arándano azul, o mora azul (especialmente en México)
(Vaccinium corymbosum) es una planta del género Vaccinium, que también incluye muchos arbustos silvestres productores de bayas comestibles redondas y con vértices brillantes. No debe confundirse con el arándano rojo (Vaccinium macrocarpon).
Aquí en España es más común el arándano azul que el rojo, por lo que cuando hablamos de arándanos, nos referimos generalmente al azul. Y si hablamos de "cranberry", diremos "arándano rojo".

I live in Mexico City and blueberry is called mora azul.
Arándano= Cranberry.
