있습니다 means "there is; has,have;" 탁자 위에 꽃병이 있습니다. There is a vase on the table. 그녀는 손자가 여섯 명 있습니다. She has six grandchildren. 있다, 있어, 있어요, 있네, 있소 and 있습니다 all have same meaning with different speech levels.
