我不知道= I don't know / I don't understand
我不会= I'm not being able to do / I won't/can't do
Ex.
A: 你会弹琴吗？ B：对不起，我不会弹琴
(I'm not being able to play piano.)
A: 小明，以后不要再骂别人了。 B： 嗯，我不会了
(A: XiaoMing, don't quarrel with others any more. B: Sure, I won't.)
