كرمالك means "for you" :) and we also use عشانك to give the same meaning in Arabic.
So the meaning of: هالقلب اللى عايش كرمالك شو ذنبه قتلته is: What is the guilt of the heart that is living for you? You killed it. I bet it's a song ;)

كرمالك just for you or only for you
this word used when you doing anything for someone
things just for him like this كرمالك بحارب الدينا كلها means you fight everyone for him
and like your sentence your heart or your love live for him and he killed this heart or love
